Currently, pricing for paid content can only be managed through the Webmaster Center.
You can set prices anywhere between $1 and $100. All earnings are settled in U.S. dollars. When someone purchases your content, the price will be automatically converted to their local currency at the time of the transaction.
d. About Transaction Fees
Each successful transaction is subject to a processing fee, as required by the payment provider. Since users may pay using different methods and currencies, additional costs, such as currency conversion charges, might apply.
